Easy Returns for 30 Days

Don't worry, we have you covered

We get it.  Sometimes you're not going to be totally in love with something any more once you get it home.  We've made returns really easy if something doesn't suit you or is not a great fit.  You can return any* unused product purchased from All That She Wants within 30 days for a money back refund or store credit - it's your choice!  Of course there are some necessary conditions and exclusions so please read the information below should you want to return something to us.

*What is excluded?

Unfortunately there are some limitations to items we can return due to hygiene reasons.  These items can only be returned if they are faulty or have not had any hygiene seals or packaging broken or removed.

  • Hair Fascinators & Hair Accessories
  • Cosmetics
  • Underwear & Swimwear

All items must be returned to us in brand new, unused condition with tags and any specific packaging that was supplied.  We can't accept a return for any item that is not saleable and that has any clear signs of use or alteration other than for the purposes of trying it on.

We do not refund any shipping costs unless the reason for returning an item to us was due to an error we made in shipping or the goods were faulty upon receiving them.  In this case, we'll pay for all shipping costs to us and again back to you for a replacement item.

For orders shipped using one of our free shipping offers or other bulk or special promotional discounts, we may deduct the cost of original shipping or discount value to you from your refund amount if necessary - particularly if the items you return would mean that you would not have been entitled to the offer.

What about sale items?

Yes you can return sale items to us unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law).  Items that are marked as Clearance can be returned for a store credit only.

How do you return a purchase?

Simply log into your customer account at this link: https://www.allthatshewants.com.au/login.php.  Click 'Completed Orders' and follow the prompts to submit your Return Form. Once completed, you will be given instructions including our return address via e-mail and on your screen.  Don't have an account with us?  Just send us a message via our Contact page.

What about exchanges?

Simply return any unwanted items for a refund or credit and place a new order for any new items you would like.  Just log into your customer account at this link: https://www.allthatshewants.com.au/login.php.  Click 'Completed Orders' and follow the prompts to submit your Return Form. When and how will refunds arrive?

You'll get an email from us every time there is a change to the status of your order or return.  We generally process refunds and returns within 7 business days of receiving your returned goods.  Refunds are tendered the same way you paid for your order.  So if you paid by MasterCard, you'll be refunded to the same MasterCard.

What if you receive a faulty product?

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality.  If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.  You can also do this through our normal returns form (instructions above).  Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the exchange process for you.  Don't worry, we'll pay all postage and shipping costs associated with getting you a replacement item.

What if you receive an item that you didn't order?

Oops!  We try to make sure this never happens, but if you have received an item different to the one you ordered, we'll exchange it for the right one as quickly and as hassle-free as possible at no cost to you.  Simply log into your customer account at this link: https://www.allthatshewants.com.au/login.php.  Click 'Completed Orders' and follow the prompts to submit your Return Form.
