How does Express Post work?

For products that we offer the Express Post service on, when you place your order before 12 noon (Australian Eastern Standard Time) and select Express Post as you shipping option, we will send your order out the same day and it will be delivered on the next business day (overnight) provided your address is within the Australia Post Express Post Network.  Any items contained within your order that do not have the Express Post service available will be shipped according to their own shipping conditions as set out on the product page.

 

When will my order be sent?

All Australian orders are sent as quickly as possible - normally within 48 business hours of receiving payment.  For items contained in our warehouse, we'll usually send your order on the same day you place it.  For items shipped by our warehouse partners, it may take a little longer.  We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.

 

How long will it take to get to me?

Well it all depends on which warehouse your particular items are located and of course where you would like your goods shipped.  Our main warehouse is in Brisbane and usually it takes between 1 - 6 working days for delivery of most items - faster for Express Post items of course.

 

How do you send items?

We use Australia Post to ship around the world which means you'll receive your items in the mail - carefully packaged to protect your precious goodies!

 

How can I track my delivery?

Australian customers can track deliveries by using the tracking number provided to you on the Australia Post website.  Just copy and paste it in there.  In many cases, you'll also receive email updates about your delivery status.

 

What happens if I'm not home for the delivery?

Don't worry, that's no problem at all.  Australia Post will leave a card in your letterbox letting you know that your parcel has been transferred to your nearest Australia Post branch for safe and secure collection there.  You might want to have us deliver to a work address if you're not going to be home, or alternatively, you can elect to have your order left in a secure location at your address by noting this in the comments section at the checkout.  Please note though that this 'leave without signature' service is available only for orders of less than $75 and we can't be held accountable for anything that might happen to your package including loss or damage once it has been delivered.

 

Can anyone sign for the package?

Yes!  As long as someone at your address can sign and accept the package, that's ok with us.  As mentioned above, you can elect to have your parcel left without a signature in certain circumstances.

 

What about if my order hasn't arrived?

Oh no!  Don't worry it's our worst nightmare too!  We use a pretty sophisticated shipping system so it's exceptionally rare that this would happen and if it does, just contact us and we'll track down the wayward parcel and get it moving your way as pronto as possible.  Most often, parcels are simply waiting for your collection at an Australia Post branch if you weren't home for the delivery.

Credit Card Fraud Suspicion

We use smart computer stuff to look into credit card transactions to monitor and identify fraudulent transactions.  Sometimes these are mistakenly identified by our system, however as an online business, to protect ourselves and our customers we must look into each one of these and in some cases perform manual verifications.  We will contact you should this occur and ask for further details to help us validate your transaction.

Unfortunately, this may mean a delay to the shipping of any order which we deem to be of a possibly fraudulent nature while we investigate the transaction involved.  If we aren't able to validate the transaction, we may choose to refund the transaction and cancel the order.
